Superman Returns, I enjoyed it. Don't know why everyone despises it...

Wild Wild West with Will Smith. Heard bad reviews of it.
And yet I loved it, both Smith and Kline are great IMO.

Gone In 60 Seconds
The Lost World
Godfather III (only bad if you compare to the greatness of the first two, otherwise it's okay)
A Knight's Tale

Probably a lot more, just can't think of them right now...I do get TBS, so I must post again.

A Knight's Tale is considered bad. Everyone I know who has seen this movie said that they liked it. I think it's a pretty good movie.

Many comedies critics hate, I love and find hilarious. I pretty much disagree with critics in my local paper most of the time, they tend to love really long and boring dramas while destroying most action and comedies films that I love. I mean my paper gave There Will Be Blood a perfect score which I found to be really boring while TDK only received a four out of five for being too long and dark. I love writing my own reviews (on this fine website and flixster) and I find that pretty much nobody agrees with the critics. ( I work for a video rental place and people tend to agree with me over the real critics. )

Lex didn't feel dangerous. A super hero movie needs villains that are larger than life.

I thought Blade got decent reviews all the way around? It's the sequels that had mixed/bad reviews.

Not even when he stabbed Superman with the kryptonite shard? I can actually understand where you're coming from there.

But what about when he broke it off and left him for dead? I thought that was pretty "dangerous".

I mean, obviously the movie took some terrible turns, and the story was just plain not as good as it could have been (could have been worse though... look up Superman Lives if you're not familiar), but the acting, the action, the special effects? All more than adequate, and thanks to that alone, the movie stands a degree higher than "terrible". Actually, looking back, some of the acting is subpar, but Superman and Lex were both handled really well.

As for me, I like pretty much everything. Even on the lower end, ultraterrible movies, I find them likeable BECAUSE of how terrible they are. For example, take a look at movies like Batman & Robin, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers the Movie, or Super Mario Bros. Ironically, I'd even say I like Batman & Robin more than Batman Forever because Forever just isn't as bad. But really, if I was to score movies on a scale of 1~5, everything would be 4 or 5 with an occasional 3.

ps Hook is a bad movie? Could have fooled me...

I also liked the Postman. That and The Guardian are my favorite Kevin Costner movies.
