Hey, forum. I've been looking forward to this day because The Who At Kilburn 1977 AND Paul McCartney - The Space Within Us comes out on Blu-Ray. The only problem is I can't find these titles anywhere. I'm well aware that I could have pre-ordered them from Amazon or something, but I like to get things on the day they come out. Here's who didn't have these titles in San Antonio, TX:
Best Buy Circuit City Barnes & Noble FYE Borders Wal-Mart Target Who else sells Blu-Rays? Also, if I pre-order on Amazon, will the title reach my house on release day or after that? If pre-orders arrive on release day, then I would change the way I buy new titles. I just really thought that tons of stores would have tons of copies of new released from these artists considered to be the best of all time. I didn't think it would be a problem like this. Alex |

I guess there are no other retailers, huh? I went to a Best Buy on the outskirts of town that I was told might have it. They didn't have The Who or the McCartney Blu-Rays, but I did get the Foo Fighters Wembley disc for 16.99. I guess I'll hafta order the other two online.

I share your pain.I could not find it anywhere here locally in Southern Cal.Ended up ordering it from Deep Discount.Don't forget to enter"Save" as the promotional code to get 25 percent off, $16 and change after all was said and done, plus free shipping, I hear they are pretty slow in shipping though so I'll have to wait and see.Looks like the internet will be the main source of preordering new blus from now on....
Oh , by the way I could not find it on Amazon(!) |

I know I'm WAY out of the way (Minneapolis, MN) but just wanted to add that my local Best Buy had a copy of The Who '77 available and this Best Buy is one of the smaller ones in town. There have been multiple times I've gone in to get a new Blu-ray and I find out all the stores in town have it except for the one closest to me.
By the way, you should be able to go to the Best Buy website and see about ordering for pick-up and it should show you which stores have it as 'available'. Then just go to that store and get it. Or you can go into Best Buy itself and they can check all their stores' inventories. Hope I was some sort of help |
