Default PDP-6020FD Buzzing and such

Just got my brand new Pioneer PDP-6020FD, Plugged it in and got no picture at all, and a very disturbing buzzing sound, just black screen and buzz, shut it off right away. Has anyone else had this problem?

I might have to, I am hoping it is a power source issue, of course I get it the day before thanksgiving, it is no small thing pacing up a 60 inch TV and having the company who brought it come pic it up, pain in the butt to be sure. I am just wondering if this happens with other Pioneer TV's.

I know that some reviewers were reporting a slight buzzing sound but not something distracting and it should only be detectable when everything is dead silent...

Another thing, I read that in higher altitude, plasma displays make a buzzing sound... Perhaps if you live somewhere high enough this might be your problem.

Edit: I don't think Minnesota is really high... Anyway, I would return it and see if the demo model has the same buzzing...
