Not that I've heard yet, but did hear the supposed true story that one of the Anusol type companies (anal itch creme) requested from the Johny Cash estate to be able to use the song "Ring of Fire" in their commercial.

Permission was denied. Would have been an awesome Super Bowl commercial.

Speaking of Ring of Fire, the inclusion of that song in Silent Hill was probably my favorite scene in the movie.

I'd REALLY like to get this movie.

i've done the searches, so and still haven't been able to find anything about a tentative release date.

Anybody know anything about whether ...or when really, they're going to release this on blu-ray?

I agree...I heard its a really great movie.

I'm sure it will eventually come out. Talk to the movie studio behind it and suggest it...

I find it odd how people expect a studio to have released their entire catalog within two years of the format's inception.

Even now where six movies are released a week B&M retailers aren't stocking every title. Why would a studio release more? It makes no sense.

blu-ray is still a new format and Fox suspended blu-ray support for a few months so that affected new releases.
Give it time.

and then you have some really old stuff too comine out

the middle ground is where some titles are forgotten about, but this one is beyond me because it was such a good movie.

why is it that all other countries are getting this on blu? i just did a search and australia is getting it on Oct 29. I know the US has to get it soon but come on , why do we have to be last. How about releasing them all on same date worldwide.
