Good iPod dock for an Onkyo 605 - Blu-ray Forum

I was looking on amazon at the Onkyo iPod dock and it didn't seem to get very good reviews for the most part. I was wondering if anybody had experience with a dock that is compatible with the Onkyo 605. My major requirements is ease of use scrolling through my playlist, and good video output that so I can watch stuff I have on the iPod on my TV easily and clearly. I would also prefer a good UI if possible, but can handle a shoddy one if the main requirements are met.

A refurbished Apple TV ($199) will give you better sound quality than any dock, and will output 720p HD video.
