Question WB/New line question.

I know WB owns new line now but are they in charge of everything?
for example does NL still handle there own tranfers or does that go to WB? it looks like they deicide which codec to use cause all of the upcoming new line titles are TrueHD, NL was exclusive to DTS-MA before and i like that codec better.

Anyway just wondering.
