Brad Paisley - “Mud on the Tires”

Brooks & Dunn - “Hillbilly Deluxe”

Dierks Bentley - “Free and Easy (Down the Road I Go)”

Dixie Chicks - “Sin Wagon”

Miranda Lambert “Gunpowder & Lead”

What's wrong with appealing to more audiences?

If putting The Naked Brothers Band in Rock Band didn't ruin it (and since I didn't see a thread started about that, I assume it didn't) then a little bit of country definitely does not hurt it at all.

Please don't speak for everyone. While I'm not a fan of any of the country songs being released, I WOULD like to see a few country songs that I like at some point.

I guess for one thing it says rock band not country band and that most of todays country music is poptry or country with a popular beat which has a very similar sound that caters to "mainstream" fm listeners but atleast on the lower fm frequencies the college stations play the old "real" country and country artists that dont get airplay on mainstream pre-programed radio.

There should be a game called music band that caters to every musical style and taste, that way all bands and artists can be on it and this way we can rock out to "Hall Of The Mountain King"

the more music the better. if you don't like the non rock stuff, dont download it.

did you really expect it to stay just rock?

Yes there is the argument of not downlaoding if you dont like it

but what if it does really well

what is to keep them from putting some on the Rock band 3 disc????

They shuold just change the name to something other than Rock band

Chill, man! Country still sells to a lot of people. And there are decent country/rock bands out there. Rascal Flatts to name one.

Personally, I wouldn't classify Rascal Flatts as country OR rock. To me they're pop with a nasal voice. But anywhooz.

Ditto that to whoever said Brad Paisley is a great guitarist. Freaking amazing.
