Hey guys. The New Playstation wireless keypad that contects to your controller just came out today. Alot of you might have seen it advertised on Home. Has anybody got it yet? I got mine early this afternoon and i have to say i like it. Makes typing SOOO much easier. Especially on Home.

I got mine about a week ago. I have to say I like it. It's great for typing quick comments and stuff like that. Even the "mouse" (or whatever they call it) feature works pretty well.

This is a tempting purchase. I need to check to see if my wireless keyboard works with the PS3 before I go spending money on this though. I don't do enough typing where it really matters. And as of right now, I have no use for Home and just use a mic there if I want to talk. But again, this keypad would be pretty convenient...

The PS3 should work with any USB wired/wireless or BT keyboard. You probably won't get any advanced controls from the keyboard, but they may not apply anyway.

as soon as the price comes down or amazon has it on sale this baby is mine! not paying anything near $50 for it though!

I want one, but I was wondering... does it block the L&R buttons? It looks like it does, but I haven't got a good picture of the back.

It doesnt block them, but like someone said if the bottons were backlit it would have been perfect. Still pretty cool though.

only "gripe" about it. It works perfect. I keep it on , only when I need it but it doesn't block anything at all. If you surf the web or chat a lot it's a must!

I love mine, great keypad fast, easy to use, doesn't get in the way. Its worth every penny!

I find i actually talk to alot more people now that messaging is painless!

I have it and love it. Makes typing a heck of a lot easier. Totally worth it in my opinion. Like everyone says, if it was backlit it would be perfect. Even so I think it is still worth it.
