Default Double Features???

In the new releases there are a lot of movies that are put together i.e Italian Job and Shooter

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/movies.php?id=3266

and Cloverfield and Sleepy Hallow

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/movies.php?id=3269

are these in fact double features with 2 discs and one case???? I was just confused. I like the idea though

They're most likely just the individual releases shrinkwrapped together.

I just bought Cloverfield and SH...actually should be here anytime.

I was curious as to the wrapping. But I am sure its like what the last poster said..just shrinkwrapped together.

Hey, for $32...2 blus..not bad imo

My Sams had some of these and they're just the separate releases wrapped together. I picked up Trading Places (Jamie Lee in high def )/Coming to America and We were Soldiers/Payback: Director's Cut for 19.88 each a pack. May go back and pick up Cloverfield/Sleepy Hollow for Hollow and put the Cloverfield one up to sell. Depends on if they're individually shrinkwrapped (not opened the ones I bought yet).

Edit: I looked them over and each is the separate shrinkwrapped version, just shrinkwrapped together with clear plastic. I also noticed that my Payback must've been the one on top when the box of 'em was opened judging from the knife cut down the front. Grrrrrr.

I hate those ones where they put both in a single case and make the cover art half of one picture and half of the other. I can deal with movies which are related being combined like that (like the Die Hard Collection for instance), but I've seen DVD combos that have completely unrelated films in a single case.

Nice to hear about them being separate. I'd been considering getting Sleepy Hollow for a while now, and I regretted missing Cloverfield when it was in theatres. Hopefully Sleepy Hollow won't be coming for me on Christmas so I can take advantage of this good price.

On the back of the Sleepy Hollow case...it sort of reminds me of the older dvds that have this little box in the upper part of the case telling you the special features. If you saw it, you would know what I mean.
