my ps3 connection??

hi

i currently have a bt home hub wireless router that we use for our laptops and gaming online. for access to the internet and downloads it good, but for gaming online its not the best. when connecting with games such as fifa and call of duty its a struggle to find a connection in a game. i have been told that i may need to connect ports for the games with my router or buy a higher performance one all together.

what do i need to do??

if i need to connect ports.... how do i?

and if i need to get a new router.... which one would be good enough for ps3 gaming??

open up the dmz port.

go to 192.168.1.1 in your web browser
type in your username and password
go to games
select open dmz port!

these are the steps for a linksys router but the should be very similar for yours
