What gauge speaker wire ?

I have an onkyo 606 receiver that puts out 100 watts per channel. I will be completing my speakers soon with klipsch rf-52 floorstanders, rc-52 center, rs-42 surrounds, and rw10-d sub. Can someone recommend a gauge of speaker wire I should buy. Thanks

I recommend common SPT-2 in 14 gauge
you can pickup at any electrical section ( Home Depot, etc )

Go to A Guide to Optical, Digital Coaxial, & Speaker Cables. Scroll half way down. There is a table of speaker gauge versus distance & impedance. Use it as a guide.

I always go with what gauge the Manual recommends for each speaker,It's in there somewhere
