1080/24p-BDP-S1 Problem-Casino Royale,Holiday - Blu-ray Forum

Sony claims that Casino Royale, Holiday, and one other disc? will not play right on the BDP-S1( Skip frames, jumping) outputting at 1080/24p. They suggested a call to Sony Pictures( 800-860-2878 ). I called Sony Pic. and they said they would investigate. Other BDP-S1 owners that output at 1080/24p should also call Sony Pictures regarding this problem.

well good thing that casino royale sucked, or youd have a big problem on your hands

I liked the movie, anyway it plays perfect at 1080p, but not at 1080/24p.

sorry yeah I know most people did like it... definently your player, although strange because that CR was made and encoded by sony
