I ordered about $300 worth of blu-rays from tower.com recently and they shipped me a circular device that is used to open that annoying security plastic on the top part of our blu-ray cases... just a heads up if anyone is thinking of throwing down around $300 worth of blu's... Tower gives a free gift!

I spent about $100 and got one too. Nothing too exciting, but it makes opening sealed cases a bit easier.

I received one of those a number of weeks ago. But, I don't recall which order it was with; but, I know at the time that the order was for under $100. Maybe it was just happenstance, the time of year, or the amount we had ordered during the previous year?

If it can open my Campbells Soup cans then count me in... oh wait, Campbells uses pull tabs now... nevermind.

I got that when i spent $37 on an order there. I just use my house keys to open the cases though.

Something like that to me is just a waste of money for Tower to even produce..

I mean, how hard is it really to cut a small sliver of the cellophane off and then peel the sticker off???

it is known as advertising. It costs them almost nothing and if the person uses it and adds it to their key chain then they become walking billboards.

I use it for what its for now. It's a lot more convenient than finding my keys or a box cutter. I just leave it near my collection.

got four of those Pac-Man looking CD openers now,I do a lot of shopping with Tower these days,they have great deals! Good advertising for Tower.com!!!
