PS3 Blu-ray start problem.

Hi this is my first post, I hope this is in the correct section.

I bought my first blu ray disk for my ps3
[Take that] the first time I viewed I saw all the different optrions , play concert, backstage, etc. I got to the first song and then had to stop as we had some friends arrive, now when I insert disc no matter what I try it starts from where it stopped, How do I start the disk from the begining so I see all the options again.
I do hope someone can help me sort this problem out.

On XMB (main menu) push the triangle button and select "read from the beginning" or something like that

Press triangle and scroll over to top menue. it doesn't work for all movies but you can try it.
