United Kingdom Planet Of The Apes Quintology - UK

Can anyone confirm if the UK version of the Planet of the Apes Quintology is region free? I really like the one-case packaging and the price shipped to the US right now is pretty reasonable despite the sub-par exchange rate.

Planet of the Apes Collection Blu-ray

Its a Fox catalog title, not sure what's the trend is with region coding on their overseas releases. I know they do like to lock titles though...

According to this site Planet of the Apes is, but they don't list the other films.

Yeah, I saw the 2001 remake is region free which is probably a good sign, but I just wanted to make sure. It'd be a shame if I was stuck with just a nice case and 5 new coasters...

I wouldn't bother with the UK/European release as it appears to be pretty crap (like most of Fox's European releases), lacking various features compared to the US release.

I paid less than that for my set brand new but that was because aMazon screwed up and gave me a discount. but normally I think that is okay. If you like the movies go for it.

you don't see it cause I already placed the order with a card that isn't connected to anything while I decide if I want it, so no one else would get it
