Anybody owns Polk OWM3?

I'm curious about these satellites performance, they're nice looking and might compliment my Polk set up (small apartment), there's almost no user reviews around and definetely no expert reviews to check. I know I need to personally test them in store but I'd like to know from an owner. Any help?

I have four of them as surrounds for my 7.1 set-up. I, too, was looking for reviews before I bought them and couldn't find any. I am very happy with them. If you have a specific question about them, feel free to PM me or post your question here.

I'm fixing to get a pair of this to replace my small surrounds (JVC part of a HTiB), they're in no way a match for my Monitor 70's and CS2 center. I just want to know if they get you a clear sound when used as surrounds, I know they have a 1"dome tweeter I'm just wondering how good it sounds? Have you watched a lot of action movies?

Yes, I have watched a lot of different movies. From action movies to Dora the Explorer (kids). The OWM3s have the same tweeter as your other Polk speakers. I upgraded from Sony HTiB speakers to the OWM3s. Big (better) difference with the OWM3s. I have Monitor 40s and CS2 up front with the OWM3s as surrounds. I don't have any complaints about the sound. I think Polk even recommends the OWM3s as surrounds that can be paired to the Monitor series.

I was about to ask this same question. They can be had for 169 on amazon.com, but with no service plan, and 199.99 at Best Buy, with a 4 year service plan for 24.99. Are these speakers really worth the asking price? They would be replacing my Cambridge Audio cubes for my rear surrounds. I'm wondering if it's even worth the upgrade. Does anybody have experience with these?
