First time buying a LCD online - Blu-ray Forum

I'm buying a new LCD TV with my tax return

& was wondering between Amazon & One Call, Which one would give me better service?

That is a nice tv, We just got the 46" I have never ordered a tv from those sights but alot of the people on here are happy with their amazon orders

i got my lcd from amazon and it was an excellent experience. free delivery and absolutely no complaints. never ordered from the other place, but you cant go wrong with amazon.

i bought the 2 lcd's from newegg. no problems at all. shipped UPS, so no "white glove" service. but i don't care about that anyway. bought the mitsu from a tiger direct store by me. their tv displays are pretty crappy.

DO NOT !!! buy from a place called broadway photo (or any of its many incarnations). SCAM city. google the name and you will see.

I got my tv off amazon and am extremely happy. I've seen nothing but good from 6ave also though.....

Amazon is great. I ordered my 46 inch Sammy through them and the delivery guy asked to unbox it for me,lol. That white glove treatment. If you buy from Amazon make sure its sold by Amazon.

one thing i would suggest is that if you plan on moving in the near future, keep the box the tv came in. ive moved twice in the last year, once from chicago to tampa, and plan on getting in a new house in the next couple months. keeping the box has made it a breeze to move it and i havent had to worry about it falling or scratching at all.

bought mine from buydig.com with no problems at all. Delivery guy actually brought it the living room. Tipped him $10.

Bough tmy receiver from 6save. no problems either.

ive also had good experiences with 6ave through amazon. i got my series 3hd tivo and a few other things from them and they are great.

Purchased LCD from Vanns, no problems, but Fedex only deliver's to front door.
