Question Have a PS3 / Looking for a stand alone blu ray

I have a PS3 and it works great. However, it does not bitstream hdmi. I'm getting an Integra DRT 9.9. I know I can have the PS3 decode the hd audio and send the signal via pcm. However, if I want the Integra 9.9 to decode said hd audio what is a good stand alone blu ray player to get ???

Interesting. Nice price point of 499 and a March 31st due date. I hope that date is not pushed back too far !

From what I understand. Either way will decode properly. Since the PS3 does not bitsream over hdmi your 906 display will display pcm and not Dolby True hd, that is because the PS3 decodes the codec and then sends the signal via pcm. I was wondering which decodes the signal better and if my Integra which is the high end brother to your 906 does it better then I would by a stand alone player but still keep my PS3 for games. I just want to get the best out of my new Integra.
