Ambien - Blu-ray Forum

I recently got a prescription for 10mg Ambien (zolpidem). The day after I take it, I get extremely irritable. Does anyone else take this? Does the irratibility only last the first few days/weeks? I take hydroxyzine(200mg) and lamotrigine(100mg) to keep me calm throughout the day, but they do nothing if I take an Ambien.

Hardcore insomnia. I was taking 7/8 OTC sleeping pills a night before I got the Ambien.

I take Xanax every once and a while (prescribed), I get the same way. I chalk it up to being tired. I feel like I am in a constant slumber on that stuff, I try to take it sparingly...

Must be pretty powerful stuff then! Hope it's not addictive.

Sadly, it's highly addictive. That's why I can only take it 5 times a week.
