Mortal Kombat also promised new characters by christmas... Didn't happen either. Chances are they're working on it and it will come when they get it done...

You can do to add-ons, disc based games, and trivial pursuit. When it's there it's there.

This game is SO FUC*ING STUPID.

DO NOT BUY IT.

I rented it and i'm going for the trophies. Well, i've tried the clear the board mode 2 times and ran into questions that I KNEW the answer to but got them wrong.

This game has serious issues when it's a fact based game and they have their facts wrong!

dood are you serious ?? ive had the same exact issue on the board version of the game .. it happens in trivia games ALL THE TIME .. i dont see it being any reason to completely stear clear of the game ... and just for the record in well over 20 hours of play so far i have yet to run into it myself..

and if you wouldnt mind if you could possibly post the question .. in question and the "wrong" answer that was provided with it ...
id like to keep an eye out for them if possible ...

One of the questions in the movie pack went something like this...

What is Ofelia looking for in the film Pan's Labyrinth?

(the answers given were)

A) Her real father.
B) ksdfhklsafh
C) wefhalskfh
D) Her way back home.

Now I don't remember the other two given answers because they didn't make sense to the movie. I only remember these because I answered "her way back home" which was wrong. And "her real father" was the answer I was supposed to give.

Anyone whose seen the movie knows that my answer was right. I've seen it like 10 times. Then after I got it wrong I went on line and there was no mention of her real father ANYWHERE except to say that he was dead.

** And to address your response. There IS a HUGE problem with trivia games having answers wrong. You don't put out a game, charge $40+ for it and give wrong answers.

They need a better fact checker when they steal those questions from IMDB.

that's just one of the I think 3 I ran across in the span of about 8 hours of playing.

It's not a 50/50 question problem, but it's a big enough problem none the less.

actually she was looking for her father .. if you remember when she goes the the "other world" her father was the king and her mother the queen .. it was one of those "obscure" kind of ideas .. kinda like the mutants in uncharted .. it wasnt made super clear/obvious in the story but that was the intent .. atleast that is how i took it by the interaction between her and him when she arrived

most people assumed the other world was her home and that was what she was looking for but it was actually her father ..

i think that is the issue when some people play trivia games .. we often would have arguments with one person saying the games answer was wrong . but often they didnt read the question in the correct context . .now i do admit as i said before every trivia game wil lhave a couple of wrong questions ... sorry but having a 1000 questions to check over a few aare bound to slip thru and i have seen it in quite a few of the board versions as well .. ( i have about 8 different ones ) the specialty ones are usually the worse .. i know in the newer star wars one there are atleast 5 questions i remember coming across that were wrong ..

please if you remember/come across the others though post them ..

she wasn't looking for her father. The WHOLE opening of the movie described how she was a princess and left her home and the faun was to bring her back. Then she had to do all those tasks to get back home.

You're either mistaken or being argumentative.

Either way. I have the platinum and didn't waste more than $5 on renting the game.

if you dont mind wrong answers in a trivia game then get the game. If you do mind then rent it.

If you're a casual player this means nothing to you. If you want trophies and one of the trophies is "clear the board without getting a single question wrong" then this little glitch matters.
