Default MKV conversion debate (VBR)

ANyone have experience converting mkv to WMVHD? I am curious about the VBR choice in Nic's WMEnc... I have been setting it to 95 and video look fantastic but decided to tweak it to 90 and I cannot see a difference but size of the file is cut by 35%!. The video bit rates are anywhere from 4000-13000 depending on the original source.

What do you thinK?

mkv isn't a compression codec, it's a container
