okay, i work at blockbuster and havnt heard ANYTHING about this deal. i'm pretty sure its a missprint in the promo email cuz even the pre-order price is 29.99 and so are all the ads in all the store magazines. however, since its in the email if you print it out, you may have a chance of forcing them to honor it. goodluck with that.

I just went to my local Blockbuster and as thecardman says, it's $29.99.

I passed.

The trip wasn't wasted though as I grabbed two used for $30.

ya i just went in to my blockbuster to and found it was 36.99 regular price and 29.99 today. i guess the email was for the dvd version. regular 24.99 and 19.99 today only. Sorry if i got anyones hopes up

Over at redflagdeals.com someone posted their copy of the blockbuster email and it does in fact say $24.99 for the Quantum of Solace blu ray and $19.99 for the dvd

VERY IMPORTANT POST*************

okay so i stopped in today and checked with my store manager who said he recieved a voicemail from headoffice regarding the quantum of solace 24.99 missprint and was told if any customer came in who said theyd recieved the email and wanted it at that advertised price to honor the $24.99 quoted price. you dont need to bring in anything.

one note: now as you all know, blockbuster is not the most organized store when it comes to communicating promos and prices. so if you run into a manager who dosent know what their doing, chances are they may tell you they do not have to honor the price, since its not an in store advertisement. but simply request them to check their "voicemail log" for today and they will hear the msg from headoffice that tells them to honor the price for any customer whos come in claiming for that email advertisement. so for those of you who havnt picked it up already, this may be worth giving a shot, you wont loose anything just by checking. and btw this will be honored for today only!! so the blockbusters are open till 11pm tonight... anybody who wants a fantastic deal on quantum... go for it!!!!!!!!!
