Notting Hill? - Blu-ray Forum

Just wondering if this movie is being released on Blu-Ray, having had an HD-DVD release originally.

I just received the UK version. It will play in a US BD player. The quality is better than the DVD. The audio sounds much better than the DVD. The video is better than the DVD, but it is not a high quality transfer. Some scenes are good and others are soft. The transfer also shakes at times probably because the print did not register well while being copied. The contrast also does not seem proper in some scenes. It was worth it for me, but it could be much better.

The UK version does not play on mine. You know why?Should i change the bd region code or something?
