I'm not a big horror movie fan because most of them look like crap to me. This one looks to be interesting and maybe even a bit scary based on the previews.

I finally got a hold of a copy of The Poughkeepsie Tapes. Gonna check it out this weekend and post a review.

+1 I won't be surprised if the scenes in the preview will be the best parts of the movie.

I wanna see it just cuz I'm from CT and where it takes place (Southington) is about 20 min. or so away from where I live...

I love when people people cry about PG-13. Ghost movies don't need to be rated R. Slasher, Gore films, and action films need to be rated R.

I know what you mean the scariest movie I've ever seen was rated PG, was released in 1996 and went by the name of Kazaam............................shudders

I'm very convinced that I've seen the documentary of this film. It's been out for a while but it's still very creepy to watch it Alone and In The Dark

It almost feels like someone is behind you while you're watching it.

This movie is "supposed" to be a true story. I saw a two hour show on TV with the exact same title.

yea about a day or two ago right? i saw that too but it looked to be "real" footage so i got bored fast

It looked like it could've been a really scary film... but the trailer is way over the top and killed my enthusiasm. I felt like I saw every scare.

I read that the people who live in the house now are just being bombarded by fans wanting to look at their house. They said they never experienced any hauntings or have seen anything and they have lived in the house 20 years
