Default Trouble with Sony 350

I have the Sony BDP-S350 and I have had no problems hooking it up to my Vizeo, but I want to move it to the basement and hook it up to my Panasonic HDTV where my surround sound equipment is. But for some reason when I move it, there is no picture or audio on the panasonic. I have tried two different HDMI cables and I have tried a component setup. None worked.

Any advice from someone who may have had this problem?

How did you have the player set up with the Vizio? HDMI, component? Make sure the player is set to output the video thru HDMI. You can look at that in the player's setting menu and make the change if necessary.

Yeah it was hooked up to the Vizeo via an HDMI cable. I hooked my cable box into both HDMI inputs on the Panasonic and both worked fine, so it is not the HDMI input on the TV that is the problem. Maybe I need to change a setting on the television?
