The Cell 2? - Blu-ray Forum

I understand they are releasing the Cell 2 in June.

But then why don't they first re-release The Cell on Blu? I thought the Cell looks great, and I definitely look forward to it in Blu.

The Cell would indeed look fantastic in Blu. The use of vivid colors in that movie was very original. Is Cell 2 a direct to video release?

I hope they're bringing out the first Cell also.. That's a for-sure buy for me.

Direct to disc is not a good sign. First movie was visually stunnig. Damn creepy but what a movie... not one you soon forget.
