Default Johnny Dangerously

Since I didn’t see a thread specifically for this movie alone, I figured I would start one. This is one movie I can’t wait to watch again, however I want to see it in the best format technology has to offer.

Anyone else interested?

Oh yes I would buy this on blu-ray without a 2nd thought, of course they need to do a decent job as far as the transfer goes

Default Day 1 purchase!

One of my favorite movies of all time. I can't believe there aren't more posts, or a "notify me by email" link available. That makes me think it's not on any production radar.

"It shoots thru schools."

"You lousy corksuckers. You have violated my fargin rights. This sonumumbatching country was founded so that the liberties of common patriotic citizens like me, could not be taken away by a bunch of fargin iceholes like yourselves. Thank you very much."

Would be a day 1 for me.

That line was the BEST, and absolutely funny as they show the length of the barrel. I bet today they'd never let a joke like that through. PC fools.

Man, I had this movie playing over and over back in the vhs days. Wonder if it still holds up?

I noticed that the things I loved and thought were hysterical in the 80's weren't as funny when I revisit them.

Scavenger Hunt, Clue, Johnny Dangerously... Etc all hold a great place in my memory as being the funniest. I don't want to ruin my fond memories of them by revisiting them and not thinking they're as funny, because, that's happened before.

I must join the "I can't believe this fargin' movie isn't on Blu-ray yet" club. I was hoping I could at least find an HDTV rip of it somewhere to hold me over, but nope. Those fargin' bastiges have nothing. I would definitely buy this if the studio treats it right. Fargin' corksuckers!
