A lot of excitement for this fictitious story based around the name of iconic Martial Arts filmstar Bruce Lee...

Bet the transfer is crappy. The DVD is horrible.

Let's just say that in summation, it should be titled: Dragon: The Linda Lee Story.

There was an agreement made between The Lee Estate, at that time run by Adrian Marshall, Lee's former attorney, and his widow's lover for over a decade, and MCA who purchased rights to Lee related merchandising; toys, videos, magazines, books, photos, films, etc. , that no further developments would be forthcoming if they included any of the following references:

Affairs with women
Usage or hints of anything related to drug or chemicals
Anyone on Lee's family side, who could stand in truth or not regarding material presented.

As it was, all of these omissions were a part of the real Bruce Lee's life.
How can you have his "story" without any connections to facts??

The score was quite exceptional, and memorable, as it was used countless times after release in numerous trailers of other films over the years.

Too bad the same care wasn't taken by Hollywood in bringing the life of this man to the screen.

in hindsight Universal should have had this ready to go today with the re-issue of Shout's Bruce Lee Premiere collection. Dragon certainly would have moved more units.....
