Default no klipsch reference at BB anymore?

I am finishing upgrading my system.. I already have RS-42's and RC51 I just need RB-61's to finish my setup. Since I have some B-day's gift cards from BB I was gonna use them on RB-61's when they finally ship to stores, last week I was told Aug 3rd. I was looking at the website today and I don't see any Klipsch reference speakers there at all. I heard they would pull the series soon but didn't know that it would happen that soon, since they only put up RB61's on their website only about a month ago. Anybody know what is the latest word on that?

I have seen that there website and there store have started plugging Polk Audio now. I didnt know that they were doing away with Klipsch. Their Magnolia division has been making room for new Polk products. I will see what I can find out.

That's unfortunate. I have been researching my home theater components for the last 6-7 months now and I was finally ready to purchase. I was going to be buying all Klipsch Reference speakers from Best Buy within the month. I also have saved up a great deal of gift cards for BB for just this purchase. Son of a B*tch!

NO NEED TO WORRY!!!!!!!!!! I work at Magnolia Home Theatre at Best Buy. The Klipsch RF-62/82 Series have been officially discontinued as of Sunday 7/6/08. AND TO THE USER ABOVE, Magnolia will NOT be carrying Polk Audio under Magnolia Home Theatre. Polk Audio will only carried at Best Buy under their Regular Home Theatre Dept. but NOT Magnolia HOme Theatre. We Are planogramming the New Room, with The New Klispsch Icon Towers (Already Out), and we have the Klipsch RF-63/RF 83's in our warehouse but they are not set to go out on the floor till another 2 weeks. But the 83's will replacing the 82's

Yeah, you addressed floor speakers but didn't bookshelves, but I imagine bookshelf speakers will have same fate. I just came back from BB and the dude told me no more RB61s (like they even had them ) and all other K reference (i.e. RB51s) will be gone by July 27th. Damn it. I need RB61s.
