Default Star Trek The Compendium Fault?

Hi guys

I'm currently on my second copy of Star Trek The Compendium. The reason being is that on the feature disc of Into Darkness at around the 8.40 marker(The scene where at starship enterprise raises from the ocean) the sound cuts off and back in. This then leaves the sound out of sync for the duration of the film or until I pause and restart it.

So that's two copy's with the same issue and none of my other movies suffer with a simlar issue.

Anybody having this issue also?
