This showed up in an e-mail, so it looks like they do intend to do all three since I already got Fellowship. Forgive me if it's already been posted somewhere else (nothing came up in my search). I can't tell from the page translation if it's out of stock or just isn't available for sale yet though.

Yeah, it will be released on 12/3, so it's not available yet.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

The slipcase is really a treat. It is thick and sturdy like the ones from the LOTR SEE DVDs (2002-2004) or the Hobbit SEE slipcases.
Another particular feature of the Japanese version: instead of using the part names as main titles ("The Fellowship of the Ring", "The Two Towers", "The Return of the King"), the Japanese use the theatrical "Lord of the Rings" logo.

The second part fits the first one very well. The tech sheet is constructed the same way and is as easily removable.

The back side contains a Rohan symbol, same as the DVD back in 2003.

The slipcase spine.

The slipcase with the amaray. The amaray uses the teaser poster once again (The Two Towers)which was also used for the LE DVD release.

The amaray back is in Japanese.

Is there anywhere I can buy this still? It looks like Amazon.co.jp is sold out and I don't know if they'll be re-stocking. Anyone have a spare to sell?

How si the video quality? Better than the original standard release? better than US edition?

It seems to be back on amazon. I got mine.
