Reading comics on Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" Questions! I have Questions!

Just bought the Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" (16GB Version). I've used an iPad 1 for my reading, particularly for my comics. I enjoyed being able to sideload my personal collection of comics (CBR/CBZ files).

A lot of comic programs I've seen like Comixology don't let you sideload your own, you can only read ones you've downloaded from their storefront.

Being new to Android (I had a nook briefly but hated it and got rid of it almost immediately), what would you all suggest?

on the iPad I used Comic Glass which is a superb comic reader. I wish they had an android version but they don't that I am aware of.

Which ones are out on Amazon's store that are good?

looks like this is the best option on the amazon store.

or you could always figure out how to put the google play store on there, but that requires rooting it i think
