I have ordered from them 2 or 3 times. The vinyls arrived fine but I do remember one shipped in a non 12" mailer.

I order from them a TON (I work for BB and get a pretty sweet discount) and they almost always use the same frustration-free mailers that Amazon uses. Everything usually shows up okay.. The one time I received a damaged LP (it showed up slightly warped) I called customer service and they were cool with swapping it out for free for me.

Best Buy has been known to send people the wrong record.

First time I ordered Paul McCartney's "New" and got The Lumineers (which I already owned) instead. I chalked that one up to being the height of the Xmas 2013 season and they were really busy.

But then again, I ordered the latest Interpol album in Sept when it came out, and they sent me an old random Ryan Adams record instead.

Hesitant to order another record from them

it's been well over a month, so, either you have not gotten your album and haven't posted or you have gotten your album and you haven't posted or (and this is what we think) your tied up with a ball gag in your mouth at a BB warehouse for creating this thread and they are about to your ass for doing it!

seriously, we are waiting to hear about the packaging, and condition of the album you purchased was in. i know i'm waiting because i'm thinking about ordering from them and never have for an album.
