Default Things to Come: Criterion or Network?

I already own Network's excellent DVD package of H G Wells' Things To Come and plan to reatain it. At the same time, I want to upgrade to Blu-ray and am considering getting the Criterion one instead of Network again. The Criterion disc is not all that much more than Network if bought as part of mulibuy from BIOH on E-bay and has different extras from Network, which I like to see & hear. Furthermore, looking at Beaver's image comparison, I liked Criterion's higher contrast images better. (In fact, one problem I noticed with some scenes on the Network DVD was too low contast).

How do tohers compare the two Blu-ray packages?

the criterion has a different audiocommentary.. so since you already own the network DVD , i would get the Criterion Bluray to have all bonus features from both releases

get 2 dual format case and put the network DVD in the Criterion case ;D

Pro-B has done a review of both releases, and he leans towards the Network one for PQ. Personally, I think the Network has better extras when you factor in the DVD contents

Network

Criterion

Are the soundtracks the same? I've got the Network disc and it has horrible phasing on the audio track which Network has refused to admit is even there. It actually put me off watching it, I still haven't seen the disc right through.
