Forum inbox issue

Private Messages: Unread 1, Total 1.

I'm being told I have a private unread message, but my inbox is completely empty. How can I read the message if it's not showing up in my inbox :|

I think it might have something to do with the recent porn spamming that was going on the last two days...these messages have been removed from member's boxes but it may show up like you still have one un-read.

Give it a couple days, if it does not go away let me know?

Glad someone put a stop to the abuser. I had one of those porn spam messages.

CHECK sent messages and make sure that folder is empty

Thanks for letting us know about this problem. We have removed all of the spam-messages, but didn't realize we also had to update the PM counts afterwards. I've now made a script that should have re-synched the counts, hopefully it didn't cause any new problems
