Smile Infinity TSS-1200

My father bought two of the sets to 7.1 one but he did something completely
he hooked all the speakers all 10 of them here is the link by the way.
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-eSvfZTa...x?I=108TSS12HC
So heres how he hooked up the 10 speakers

L ... Ca ... R
... Cb ...

SL.... . . ... . .SR

SBL .... ... SBR

SBL2... ...SBR2
So he used all 10 speakers on a seven channel amop by splitting the wire

Oh by the way
L=left / R=right Ca= center above / Cb=center below/ Centers were split

SL=surround left / SR=Surround right

So what do you think

SBL=surround back left / SBR=surround back right

SBL2=surround back left two / SBR2=surround back/ two These channels were split

I don't think splitting wire to multiple speakers is good for the receiver. The Ohm load could significantly fall at higher levels and hurt it. You should get a speaker splitter. That's just an option though. You might have to get a couple more for the other channels if that's what you'd like. Then you'd be set.

I would NOT use a speaker selector. I would run the speakers in series.
