Default Any Help?

My slim white PS3 stop playing and won't turn on. It said my storage wasn't recognized. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the HDD is dead. I would try a factory reset (Google it) if you can even get to the main menu. If not I know you can hold the power button down for a while until it beeps a couple times and that should get you to a service menu. Keep in mind that 1 of the processes formats the entire drive while 1 just fixes the systems operating system. You may lose all your data either way.
