Fyi this article is three years old. They already tried and gave up on it. It was published back before season one of Arrow even started.

Looks to me like they wrote this January 27, 2015 which was this past Tuesday.

Edit: Just clicked on a link within the above link and it brought up an article from 2012, so I guess that is what you are referring to.
