I can confirm, that one only needs to go number one not number two to get it to work.

If you are using FF you need to use ctrl+F5 that is a hard refresh.
Just hitting F5 will load from the cache and won't always update the information.

Anyone know a rough estimate for when this could be released? Above the product it claims the end of this year for release, but that seems like a placeholder date..

I think it'll be around May as this is in UK Cinemas as of today.

OP is updated and I have to say the inside art rocks on this.

It will definitely be after the Italian steelbook which I think is April but UK agree 4 months from theatrical so May in UK sounds most likely. We were delayed getting in theatrically and were behind most countries.

If AmazonCA wasn't so horrible with the packing, I'd order a lot more from them, as the dollar drop would make for some good deals. Of course AmazonCA is the only place that hit me with customs charges, so that's 2 strikes for me!
Must be a total bummer for you guys up there. Sure hope the exchange rate gets better.
