These were kept pretty quiet. Been needing an X-Men First Class one to complete my collection....just means I'll want to buy the others too. Wonder if they're doing the other movies too?

The front looks ok, and it's nice to finally have the option of getting one without printed back info and with interior art.

That being said, the interior art is nothing spectacular, and the back art is kind of meh.

I think I'll pass on this one.
It's not any worse than the older Play.com one, but it's not really that much better either.

I'm betting they will. They already have the art for the fronts considering they are using the same art that the Kimchi DoFP steel's art cards had. Don't see any reason they wouldn't continue with the rest.

This will be the only one I am getting. Need this to complete collection since there wasn't a clean release for First Class. All the other previous releases had no inside art and printed backs and ratings logos all over. This will be nice in hand.

if i knew they were doing the whole set then maybe but as i never got around to and didnt like the 1st lot of steels 1-3 + i already have origins 3D, days of furture past 3D with lent and wolverine 3D extended in steelbook i cant see any point in these barebones high priced editions which i bet they will be 1 disc affairs.

but as i said if they were priced £12.99 and they did the whole set like the did with fast n furious then i would bite

but for me there is nothing to see here.....

I appreciate the consecutive themed art - something I wish ALWAYS happened with franchise series but rarely ever does - but I'll wait until we see more than just 3 out of the existing 7 movies also get done like this before pulling any triggers.

Then again, with one more Wolverine movie and one more X-Men prequel happening, I might just wait until they're all done and each respective trilogy is wrapped.

Collecting every Marvel artwork means getting these - i'm in.

Used the VC1050 - code, but i'll keep my eyes open for other retailers to sell these as well, since the prices are pretty high in any way..
Hope they'll do X-Men 1-3 too, the artwork are even know from Kimchi, so that should be no problem..
