I don't think they are. That means they might show up on Amazon and or Base.

I had written in the OP that these don't appear to be Zavvi exclusives, bat that was removed...

I found out about this from ebay - someone is trying to hawk copies for $60. Promptly placed an order thru Zavvi but forgot about a possible discount code (again). Grrr.
