Default Greatest GUN BATTLE in a movie ever!!!
My favorite comes from my favorite movie The GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY...the end showdown between Tuco (The name of my cat), Angel Eyes, and Blondie is one for the ages followed by TOMBSTONE witht he shoothout at the OK CORAL. VAl KILMER was amazing and another favorite...Oh hell just take a few minutes and watch this awesome clip...seriously watch it....

i love all of those also, but for modern shootout i love the one in Heat, i cant wait for this to come to blu to pop out a window or something

Actually, there were two exciting gun battles in Heat. Gun battle during bank robbery and the one at the end in LAX airport.

The macho duels in 'For a Few Dollars More' were really cool, the one at the end of 'The Wild Bunch' is probably the messiest ever, but the bank job in 'Heat' might be my favorite.

Several scenes from Hard Boiled are definitely in my top ten "greatest gun battles"

Also the street shootout in Heat comes to mind!

The entire final act in John Woo's Hard Boiled in the hospital, is completely off tap, so many shhot outs through so many set peices of the hospital extremely intense.
