Default Questions on different sound modes for new codecs,DOLBYTRUE,DTS MASTER

This might be just a simple question for someone but for me it drives me crazy not knowing.

Now when iam watching a blu movie in 5.1 and its set to DOLBYTRUEHD i have a couple sound modes and this is what they are

-DDHD-PLllXMV
-DDHD+DDEX

There's a couple more for music. My question is when i select these modes iam i still useing DOLBYTRUE 5.1,Just modifying the sound for my back surround speakers?

Next question When useing DTSHD MASTER,If the movie is in 5.1 can i make it to 7.1 Making the back surround in use and still decode DTS master(i know its not true 7.1)Or is the only way to get all my speakers to work is just to keep purchasing 7.1 DTSHD MASTER movies ?(example the new RAMBO)

Is there a reciever that can do that ?

I have a Marantz 7002
I have searched the net and can't find any answers,Iam just looking for one Brave soul that thinks he can help me .Believe me iam kinda embarrassed asking these questions but when you don't know, you don't know?

If it matters iam bitstreeming into my reciever with a Samsung 1400

Any comments or suggestions about this subject can help immensely THANK YOU

On other forums, I've read questions like the one i put out and nobody would reply to them.
That's why i put it out on this forum.I feel like these are taboo questions.(for some reason).

I read a Marantz thread it almost took a half a day .
I've spent a lot of time on the net trying to Find answers.

THey seem like simple ones.
There's got to be at least one person out there that can help and shine some light

DDHD means you are getting the lossless bitstream of Dolby TrueHD...im sure you already know this.

PLIIXMV and EX and THX etc...are additional processing added to the stream, which in effect matrix the audio to all your speakers. For instance, if you are listening to a 5.1 movie, these processes will take 5.1 and output them as 6.1 or 7.1, utilizing all of your speakers.

which one is best? that is entirely up to you.

If you want the audio as it is intened, just use DDHD.

If you want all your speakers in use, use a sound mode.

Here's my surround modes fot DTSHD master
-Stereo
-Auto
None of the make my backs turn on(Iam not happy about that)

There's a button called Mult speakers. When i hit it the recievers Say"Back surr speakers in use"But no sound .Iam a little pissed and confused .

Ive talked to my salesperson and were talking about Yamaha 3808,I told him to look into Dtshd
master and if i have selectable modes for that codec. The main reason for me getting a upgrade was for movies and i want to take advantage of the new codecs.
