Default Your top 5 movies of the year

Whether you saw them at the theater or at home. But they have to had come out after Jan 1st.

1. 21- Maybe its because I just went to vegas, but this movie amazed me from the first moment to the last. This has become one of my favorite movies of all time as well. BTW I just saw it for the first time last night and I wanna watch it again right now.

2. Hellboy 2

3. Iron Man

4. Vantage Point

5. The Dark Knight

Other mentionables: Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Wall E, Be Kind Rewind, Oh and Meet the Spartans

There are still 5 months in the year left, and there are countless movies already out that I still want to see. Here is my list anyways:

5. Cloverfield
4. In Bruges
3. Iron Man
2. The Orphanage
1. The Dark Knight

Almost made it to the list: Wall-E, Kung Fu Panda, Prince Caspian

Kinda funny how all but 2 are blockbuster-types. I guess it's just because the award-types aren't out for a few more months...

I'll have to wait for some to be released on Blu-ray and get back to you, I haven't been to a theater this year.

I find it's better for all concerned if I just stay away. I will be going to see The Dark Knight at an IMAX theater though.

Default in my opinion...

i've seen many. been bored by most. so for 2008 ...here it goes:

1 Dark Knight (moves into my top 15 of all time)
2 Cloverfield
3 Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed
4 Prince Caspian
5 Iron Man

honorable mentions:

be kind rewind, rambo, semi-pro

movies i liked but was more bored than entertained by:

kung fu panda, wall-e, get smart, 21

stupidest movies of the year:

indiana jones (and i'm a huge fan of the first 3), vantage point

have not seen: wanted, incredible hulk, hancock, hellboy 2 or other prominent films....

In no particular order, except for #1:

1) Ironman
2) Forgetting Sarah Marshall
3) Dark Knight
4) Indiana Jones
5) Strange Wilderness, though I wish I could go into the future and watch Pineapple Express and put it in this spot

1. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - (Great flick On par with Raiders.)

2. Iron Man - (One of the better Superhero Movies I've seen. Kicked arse.)

3. Incredible Hulk - (Much better than the Ang Lee crapfest. But what isn't.)

4. Prince Caspian - (Great follow-up to the fantastic original. In fact, I think it was actually better.)

5. The Dark Knight - (Much better than Batman Begins. But nothing to write home about.)
