Amazon CEVA Logistics?

Has anyone here dealt with this shipping company CEVA Logistics? I ordered a 55" TV from Amazon and they shipped it via CEVA, and they missed the shipping date. Reading reviews on this company is scaring me. I emailed Amazon and they say that "they are delayed', and if I don't get it Tuesday it'll be considered lost, and they will ship another one out. This is scary. I'm worried I am going to either get a damaged product or not one at all.

Has anyone dealt with CEVA?

I have ordered a few tvs from amazon and ceva delivered 2 of them and I had no problems with them. They arrived on the day they said they would and brought it in and hooked it up. Guy that brought it was real cool and he brought the second tv also and again no complaints,i was nervous also when I seen all the bad reviews on them but I had no problems with them or pilot.

I ended up canceling. I dont think that was right on their part. I am now going to best buy and ordering a 60' (oops :P)

I usually turn to trusted companies like DHL,ubs or Fedex. They are delivered quickly and reliably.

I used to work for DHL, and I can tell you that even we sometimes have mistakes and order interruptions. This is a common problem for logisticians and managers in warehouses.

KrisWhilst, I myself once headed the logistics and cargo transportation department in general in a company for 3 years. I have encountered various kinds of problems, traffic jams at borderlines, a truck breakdown, the driver just got sick on the way, the papers were printed either in the wrong format or were not filled out properly... In a word - a disaster. Now I have decided to do my own business, manufacture makeup tools and transport them through Europe. I still have to care about transportation, but now I have help from other people, and I realized how to resolve unforeseen challenges. What about documents, I don't need to think about them anymore, just because I use https://supercmr.com/ to have a ready template and to fill it in according to the standards.
