Your list is good. Most of those would make my list as well but I'd have the howling man on my list definitely

I'll just go with 5 for now, as I'm struggling to narrow down the next 5. There's so many great episodes.

The only thing that I'll add is that overall, Rod Serling's show is an unforgettable classic.

I can't really give a top ten, because sometimes it's what the others above have said, other times, it's other episodes.

A true classic series.

Everyone here seems to be very good with the titles of the episodes so maybe you can help me out. I can only give the description but I suppose they are rather well known as The Simpsons has spoofed / referred to them.
1) a man receives the ability / an item which enables him to stop time.
2) a man who is happy to have all the time in the world to read books, breaks his glasses (last shot of the episode i think)
3) a child / family member disappears into another dimension and someone goes after him through a wall and attached to a rope.

and
4) astronauts land on a planet which is habited by extremely small aliens. (twist ending to come... of course)

Does anyone know what episodes these may be?
It has been well over two / three decades since I've seen this and it still sticks. That is really impressive.

Worst of all time IMO. Also one of the dreaded taped episodes.

I love The Twilight Zone. My all-time favorite episode would probably be The Shelter. That one or Nightmare at 20,000 Feet.

My top ten (in alphabetical order):
The After Hours
Five Characters in Search of an Exit
The Masks
The Midnight Sun
Nightmare at 20,000 Feet
An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge
The Shelter
A Stop at Willoughby
To Serve Man
Will the Real Martian Please Stand up?
