Default PS3 PQ gets choppy ?

when I play music for hours it appears the visualization thing loses it's sharpness by ALOT...

I guess the heat does this ?

the "waves" lose detail and look like a blur...but when I reset my PS3, it looks fine...

does anyone else experience this?

edit: nevermind...the next song played and it looks completely detailed again...wtf?...

The visualizer has indeed very blurry moments, but it was designed that way. I don't know why we can choose only one setting we like and play it continually though, like on the PSP.
