My friend has been playing this on Wii U for a while, keeps telling me it's great, so I'll definitely be trying it out tomorrow (digging that we get to fight Kratos!).

Got it a few hours ago and it's a lot of fun, it reminds me of classic Mega Man, Castlevania and Ghouls & Ghosts all mashed up together into one intriguing dish. Considering how much time I'm using for Bloodborne and Mortal Kombat on my ps4 (not to mention both Borderlands 2 and Pre-sequel), though, I might switch over to playing it on my Vita instead.

I played this for a little bit last night. I really enjoy it, very old school side scroller. Definitely worth the purchase. I'll be playing more of it in the coming days.

Finally got to play this for a bit over the weekend and I had a lot of fun. It plays and looks great.

Someone found a post on the German PS site showing Shovel Knight being a PS+ game for May. It's awesome that it could reach more people that but would suck for the people that bought it day one.

LOL...I just posted about it being on Plus. I expect it towards the end of the year; not this soon.

There were several websites posting a few days ago about this being one of next months PS Plus titles. Supposedly it was leaked by a screen grab on the German Playstation Blog, Sony hasn't confirmed anything and lots of people are saying the photo is fake. For more info just Google "PS Plus May 2015" and you will see a lot of info about it.

Played a few levels and it's a lot fun!

I remember reading a review last year, and the reviewer said that the only negative aspect about this, is that it's too damn easy, but I don't think that's the case, it has it's challenging moments, even early on (not necessary the enemies, but the platforming) but I'm not a platformers guy, so maybe that's why

also the trophy list is brutal lol

I have just bought this and love it! It is a bit of a challenge though, but that makes it that more satisfying when you succeed. I love the dance of the fish king.
