Someone from Spain?

I have this question , like you all know Sony Pictures released 2 versions of this movie. One when the blu ray format was quite new, and as you can remember this version didn't have a good picture quality, almost the same as the dvd.
Then sony in 2007 released a remastered version with great quality. All this in the US.

So my question is. The fifth element they sell here in Spain is it the old or the remastered version?
Someone in Spain that have the movie and can confirm it?

I'm not from Spain therefore its only what my opinion is but this is what I've heard.

I have heard that Sony stop releasing the previous version and is only releasing the new one and I'm sure its for all regions.

The new one (or current one) will say TRUEHD on the back.

I belive there is also a replacement plan if you get stuck with the first one.
