Arrow Left Eye and Right Eye 2D releases of 3D movies

Pay close attention to your older VHS cassettes and DVDs of classic 3D product (i.e. from the '50s and '80s) released in 2D; for a 3D movie, there are two eyes: a left eye, which I will refer to as a male print, and a right eye, which I will refer to as a female print. Based on my own 2D copies of the following, or else information I have ascertained online, I have discovered the following home video prints use the following eyes:

MALE PRINTS
Dial M for Murder (mid-'80s release, featuring the WHV "Cheesy Shield" logo with the Warner Communications byline)
Dial M for Murder (Warner Bros. Classics VHS)
Friday the 13th Part III (original Paramount Home Video release)
Jaws 3D (original MCA Home Video release)
Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn (original MCA Home Video release)
Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn (DVD release)
Treasure of the Four Crowns (original MGM/UA Home Video silver box release)

FEMALE PRINTS
Friday the 13th Part III (2D version found on the 2009 DVD and Blu-ray, presently distributed by Warner Bros. on Paramount's behalf)
The Mad Magician (Sony DVD release)
Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (original RCA/Columbia release)
Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (Goodtimes budget release)
Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (Columbia TriStar VHS)
Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (initial DVD release)
Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (Mill Creek DVD, packaged with Krull)

I'll update this list as others come forward to help me identify the eye on their 2D videocassettes or videodiscs.

If I were you, I'd stick with accepted, long-established practice and call the left eye the left eye, and the right eye the right eye.

It is good that you are able to acquire this information and make it available. Great idea!

Got any 2D videocassettes or videodiscs of 3D films, bavanut? And if you do, do you have the equipment to capture the title sequences and/or 3D effects scenes as images to upload here so as to help out?
